As an officially registered NDIS provider, Mawson Lakes Physiotherapy offers services both in the clinic and at home, ensuring you receive the care you need where it’s most comfortable for you.
What We Offer
Our physiotherapy services help you achieve better movement, reduce pain, and improve strength and balance. We work closely with your support team, medical professionals, and family members to provide comprehensive care tailored to your needs. This includes hands-on physiotherapy, individualised home exercise programs, and assistance with movement and balance.
Our small, dedicated team is experienced in a wide range of techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, acupuncture, and dry needling. We also offer access to our gym with specialised equipment, including a Pilates reformer, light free weights, and a multi-gym, to help you achieve your strength and mobility goals.
Our Treatment Process
When you book an NDIS physiotherapy session with us, you can expect personalised care from start to finish. We begin with an assessment to understand your unique needs and goals. We may use hands-on techniques, create a custom exercise program for you, or work with you on a one-to-one basis in our gym to improve your movement and strength. We also offer home visits if you need treatment in the comfort of your own home.

At Mawson Lakes Physiotherapy, we strive to provide the best care possible, but we understand that there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with our services. As a registered NDIS provider, you have the right to make complaints about our services at any time. We are here to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible, and we aim to resolve complaints fairly and without delay.
If you have concerns, we encourage you to speak with your provider at Mawson Lakes Physiotherapy first, as this is often the quickest way to resolve any issues. You can also access our Complaints Management document, which explains how to make a complaint to us or the NDIS Commissioner.
