What to Expect During Your Session
- Your physiotherapist will assess your condition to determine if acupuncture is suitable.
- If agreed, 4 to 6 tiny, single-use sterile needles will be inserted into specific points.
- Insertion is generally painless, though you may feel a slight pinch.
- Once in place, the needles may be gently stimulated, causing an ache or a sensation elsewhere.
- Your comfort is our priority, and adjustments will be made as needed.
